Dr. Jerilynn Prior’s Personal and Scientific Reflections for Women’s Health Trainees on a Difficult Perimenopause

At the 9th Annual Women's Health Research Symposium on March 8, 2024, Dr. Jerilynn Prior delivered a trainee-focused presentation titled, Perseverance in the Pursuit of Truth in the Field of Women's Health Research. Dr. Prior shared her personal and scientific reflections on the challenging phase of perimenopause, emphasizing the importance in research for being puzzled, doing prospective studies and persisting in sharing new, and often not easily accepted information. Her insights provided valuable guidance and inspiration to women's health trainees, highlighting the importance of scientific methods, and personal commitment in advancing the field.
